Ashley joins us from the NHS where she was a Job Planning officionado. Prior to this, she worked organising golf events at a fabulous course. Memorable events included a meeting of the G20.
Ashley will work with clients on implementations and meticulously manages data and communications throughout the project.
Outside of work, Ashley is a board game fanatic, delving into her collection of over 150 obscure games.

Bish has a degree in IT Management and joins us with experience and an excellent reputation for supporting clients in NHS workforce management.
Outside of work, he is an avid reader, technology enthusiast and football fan.

Colin works across the business with a key involvement in Business Development through partnerships and client engagement. He is one of clients' first contact with L2P.
A background in technology, performing arts and marketing. Colin is a keen gardener (has even built his own stream), loves cooking, walking, camping and adventures with his young family.

Dawn spent 14 years as a Theatre Nurse before moving into the software industry.
Dawn has over 30 years healthcare experience in both Nursing and Businesses Development.
Outside of work, Dawn enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, going to the gym and growing fruit and vegetables.

Gina is another former customer. She worked for Leeds and York NHS Trust, managing Appraisal and Revalidation alongside Medical Education and Job Planning. She now works with clients implementing L2P as a project lead and advising doctors and other users on the support desk.
Away from work, Gina is a fanatical golfer playing several times a week when the weather permits.

Isa manages finance, HR and our MSF service. She can often be found on Support Desk working with colleagues to deliver a speedy service.
Prior to L2P, Isa worked for The Walt Disney Company managing the company intranet.
Outside of work, she enjoys photography, singing and sport.

Jim provides overall support to the business and its customers helping to shape the team, the product, processes and services to deliver excellent performance. He worked with Pat and Colin to grow the business from zero revenues and customers to become a challenger or market leader in all of its segments.
Prior to L2P, Jim spent 25 years in consultancy, latterly working with Boards on growth strategy and tactics. Outside of work, he plays golf and takes photographs.

For over 15 years, Julie was Business Manager in the Medical Director's Office of South West Yorkshire NHS Foundation Trust and was one of L2P's first customers. She now works with clients leading implementations and supporting doctors.
Outside of work, Julie loves running, walking, baking, photography and playing the piano, sax and clarinet.

Outside of work, he combines being a dad of two with the occasional game of football and golf.

Prior to joining L2P, Matt has spent several years in both support and customer success teams working alongside Healthcare organisations throughout the UK and beyond, supporting a variety of software such as job planning, appraisal and rostering. He brings this experience to his work at L2P to ensure the best possible customer experiences in all he does.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys exploring new places, hiking, and football.

Pat is a Consultant Anaesthetist practising in the NHS and privately in London. Of South African origin, Pat is a former marathon runner and climber of big mountains.

Serina manages the Support Desk and is the friendly face/voice working with Doctors, Users and Administrators to help them do what they need to do.
Serina has a background in Operations Management including workforce management, rostering and payroll.
She has travelled extensively and, earlier in her career, was a promising actor/performer.

Simon leads the technical development and management of L2P's systems. He focuses on content strategy, information and interaction design.
Prior to L2P, he provided interactive websites and application for a number of not-for-profit and public sector clients.
Outside of work, Simon is an opera fan and keen reader.

Steph is leading L2P's Customer Success function, working proactively and in support of clients to help them implement and get best value from L2P's applications.
Steph spent 7 years as Subject Matter Expert for Health Medics products at another large software company. She has won numerous awards for supporting customers and her impact on client businesses.
Outside of work, Steph's interests include all kinds of crafting and classic cars.

Stephen joins L2P having played a significant role in developing the market-leading appraisal system for teachers. He brings a wealth of experience in providing customisable platforms for hundreds of thousands of users.
Outside of work, West Ham fan Stephen spends most of his weekends watching his two young sons play football.

Vicky is one of the UK's most experienced Job Planning practitioners with many dozen implementations under her belt. As Job Planning lead in a number of Trusts, she is a mine of valuable information and ideas.
When not working, you can find her in her wellies, tending her huge plots of vegetables which seem to cover most of Leicestershire.
